Absolutely not! This was a top priority for me during the recipe development process. My aim was to make allergy-friendly cooking as accessible as possible.
Therefore, I consciously stuck to regular, wholesome ingredients that are easy to find. Common allergy-friendly staples, such as gluten-free pasta or dairy-free milk alternatives, are now widely available, ensuring that cooking from this book is a stress-free experience, no matter where you live.
Do You Have to Have an Instant Pot for This Allergy-Friendly Cookbook?
Yes, an electric pressure cooker is essential for these recipes. While it doesn’t have to be the Instant Pot brand specifically, any electric pressure cooker will work. I personally own and use two different Instant Pot models and have noticed slight variations even between them. For optimal results and ease of use, I highly recommend this particular model, as I find it less prone to scorching and generally more user-friendly.
